Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Christine Jane Johnston and Craig William Melhuish, both chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed liquidators of the above-named companies, by special shareholders’ resolution, on 29 August 2019 at 10.01am.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

The liquidators fix 3 September 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are able to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

Any creditor holding a security interest over the assets of the companies should urgently contact the liquidator. Further information and creditor claim forms are available on our website www.nexiachch.co.nz.

Note: the companies are solvent and are being liquidated as they have completed the purpose for which they were incorporated.
