Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators

On 22 August 2019 at 4.06pm Peri Micaela Finnigan and Iain McLennan, RITANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners were appointed as replacement liquidators of the above company, pursuant to section 255(2)(a) and section 283(2) of the Companies Act 1993, upon the resignation of John Trevor Whittfield of Corporate Solutions and Management Limited.
