Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Take notice that, pursuant to Part 16 of the Companies Act 1993 and section 25 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, Simon Rogan of Auckland, chartered accountant, has been appointed liquidator of the above-named trust. The liquidation commenced on 22 August 2019 at 1.05pm.

I fix 4 October 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the trust are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to the distribution.
