Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Boris van Delden and Peri Micaela Finnigan, CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court at Wellington on 27 August 2019 at 10.24am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 4 October 2019 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidation.
