Notice of Appointment of Interim Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 19 August 2019 Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Michael Lamacraft, insolvency practitioners, were appointed as interim liquidators by order of the High Court.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is given that the interim liquidators fix 30 September 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.

Security Interests

Any party who considers they have a security interest in the goods or assets of the company should contact the interim liquidators immediately.
