Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to a resolution as to solvency and in accordance with section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, the directors of RONAL SETTLEMENTS LIMITED, at 10.30am on 23 January 2019, appointed Pritesh Patel, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator.

This is a solvent liquidation.

The undersigned does hereby fix 28 February 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors (if any) are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
