Marcus McMillan and John Fisk, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of ASE WOODFLOW LIMITED by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 13 August 2019 at 11.24am.

We fix 30 September 2019 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
