Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Boris van Delden and Iain McLennan, accredited insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company, by the shareholders of the company, on 12 August 2019 at 8.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 20 September 2019 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidation.
