Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Marcus McMillan and John Fisk, Restructuring and Insolvency Turnaround Association of New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of PRECISION BRICKLAYING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Nelson, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 8 August 2019 at 11.19am.

All creditors must notify us in writing of their claims by 15 September 2019 or they may lose their priority to any distributions that may become available and no objections will be received.
