Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Steven Khov, Kieran Jones and Thomas Rodewald, all CA ANZ accredited insolvency practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies on 9 August 2019 at the times below:

WNZ WELLINGTON LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) at 10.25am.

WNZ SYLVIA PARK LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) at 10.28am.

WNZ NEWMARKET LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.21am.

WNZ NEW LYNN LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.10am.

Notice to Creditors

We fix 6 September 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
