Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of P&S CLEANING SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 8 August 2019 at 10.28am.

We fix 20 September 2019 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
