Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 2 August 2019 at 3.54pm, it was resolved at the watershed meeting, pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993, that VICTORIOUS DRAGON LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
