Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Michael Lamacraft were appointed liquidators of the above company on 2 August 2019 at 12.08pm by Order of the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Act.

On 29 July 2019 the shareholders of the company had appointed Pritesh Patel as liquidator. This appointment is not valid and is of no effect.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 30 September 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.

Security Interests

Any party who considers they have a security interest in the goods or assets of the company should contact the liquidators immediately.
