Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, the majority of members resolved at the special general meetings of the above-named incorporated society held on 29 November 2018 and 8 January 2019 that Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), be appointed joint and several liquidators of the society with effect from 31 March 2019. The liquidators were notified of their appointment by the board of the society with effect from 9.00am on 1 August 2019.

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 13 September 2019 as the date on or before which the creditors of the incorporated society are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
