Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Andrew John Hawkes, of KPMG, was appointed liquidator of CHL WASHDYKE LIMITED (formerly Clough Holdings Limited), by special resolution of the shareholders on 1 August 2019 at 10.00am. The directors have certified that the company is solvent.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidator fixes 30 August 2019 as the day on or before which any creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
