Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of GET YOUR PIZZA FIX LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 31 July 2019 at 9.30am.

All creditors must notify us in writing of their claims by 20 September 2019 or they may lose their priority to any distributions that may become available and no objections will be received.

Please note the business of Winnie Bagoes Rangiora has recently been sold, and is now trading with new owners in the same premises. The liquidation of this company is simply a winding up of the affairs of the company and in no way effects the other continuing Winnie Bagoes business operations.
