Pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), Ryan Gavin Kelly, insolvency practitioner of Trusted Liquidations, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, on 31 July 2019 at 10.00am.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 31 August June 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act. Creditors who have not made a claim at the date declared may be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
