Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators, following a solvency resolution by the executors of the shareholder, on 29 July 2019 at 5.30pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 13 September 2019 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.

Note: This is a solvent liquidation.
