Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Garry Whimp, insolvency practitioner of Whangarei, was appointed as liquidator of the companies by a special resolution of the shareholders of the companies on 24 July 2019 and 25 July 2019 respectively, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 6 September 2019 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
