Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Companies Act 1993, Section 3, 255(2)(a)

On 25 July 2019 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that ENGADINE ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED be liquidated and that Robin Hargrave of Auckland, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 25 July 2019.
