Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

David Thomas was appointed as liquidator of the above-named incorporated society, pursuant to a resolution passed by members at the society’s extraordinary general meeting on 31 March 2019 and then ratified at a subsequent meeting on 12 May 2019, as required under section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908:

I fix 22 August 2019 as the day by which the creditors of the incorporated society are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
