Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators

Vivien Judith Madsen-Ries, RITANZ insolvency practitioner accredited by Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and David Sean Webb, chartered accountant and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioner (NZ), both of Auckland, replaced Murray G. Allott, as liquidators, jointly and severally, of INDEPENDENT FORKLIFTS LIMITED (in liquidation) on 17 July 2019 at 12.00pm.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Any creditors claiming a security interest in respect to the company should provide details to the liquidators urgently.

The liquidators have fixed 14 August 2019 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
