Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, David Ian Ruscoe and Malcolm Russell Moore, of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed jointly and several as liquidators of CHRISTCHURCH ORTHOPAEDIC INVESTMENT GROUP LIMITED by special resolution of the shareholders. The liquidation commenced on 8 July 2019 at 10.00am.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 5 August 2019 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

The company is solvent and is being liquidated as it has completed the purpose for which it was incorporated.
