Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 15 July 2019, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Heath Leslie Gair, of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator. The liquidations commenced on 15 July 2019 at 5.20pm.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 15 August 2019.

Note: STYLISH BARBER LIMITED (in liquidation) is a solvent liquidation undertaken for the purpose of restructuring the shareholder’s affairs.
