Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Stephen Young, of RSM New Zealand (Auckland) was appointed liquidator of the above-mentioned companies on 8 July 2019 at 2.00pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”). The directors of the companies have signed solvency certificates prior to the liquidations.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 1 August 2019 as the day on or before the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
