Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 9 July 2019 at 10.42am it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that JIWAN SONS LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
