Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 8 July 2019 at 10.50am it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that CC TRADING (2016) LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
