Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Garry Whimp, insolvency practitioner of Whangarei, was appointed as liquidator of the above companies by a special resolution of the shareholders of the companies on 5 July 2019 pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 23 August 2019 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
