Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, chartered accountants, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators following solvency resolutions by both company’s shareholders on 4 July 2019 at 11.15am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 16 August 2019 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.

Note: These are solvent liquidations.
