Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to a resolution as to solvency and in accordance with section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, the directors of TERA HI TERA LIMITED, OSR PRIVATE LIMITED and CHADHA TRADING LIMITED appointed Pritesh Patel, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator. The liquidations commenced at 9.15am, 11.30am and 3.00pm on 3 July 2019 respectively.

The undersigned does hereby fix the 16 August 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors (if any) of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
