Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) and Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

Iain Bruce Shephard and Jessica Jane Kellow, RITANZ accredited insolvency practitioners of BDO Wellington, were appointed liquidators of the company by order of the High Court on 2 July 2019 at 11.08am.
