The Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 28 June 2019 at 12.00pm, pursuant to section 88 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008 and section 241(2)(a) of the Act, Duncan Varnham Fea, chartered accountant of Queenstown, was appointed liquidator of above-named entities. Solvency certificates have been filed in accordance with section 243(8) of the Act.

The liquidator fixes 2 August 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Act.
