On 3 August 2018 it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that CHALLENGE HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Alister James Stevenson and Pita Alexander of Christchurch, chartered accountants, be appointed liquidators for the purpose.

The liquidation has been commenced by the shareholders voluntarily for the purposes of restructuring.

The liquidation commenced on 3 August 2018.
