Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on 28 June 2019 at 10.20am, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), Gregory John Sherriff, CPA of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of OUTDOOR POWERSPORTS LIMITED.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 31 July 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-mentioned company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
