Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to a resolution as to solvency and in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company, on 20 June 2019 at 3.00pm, appointed Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company.

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 1 August 2019 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
