Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholder above-named company, on Friday 21 June 2019 at 3.00pm, appointed Pritesh Patel, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named company.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 31 July 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make claims and establish any priority.
