Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

The Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that on 18 June 2019 at 5.00pm, Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both RITANZ accredited insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of BWPH LIMITED (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Act.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 23 August 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-mentioned company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
