Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Notice is hereby given that on 14 June 2019 at 3.30pm, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The undersigned does hereby fix 26 July 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
