Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Marcus McMillan and John Fisk, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of LEE EUROPEAN SERVICE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Palmerston North, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 13 June 2019 at 10.53am.

We fix 15 July 2019 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
