Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that, on 10 June 2019, in accordance with section 241 of the Act, the shareholders of the above-named company appointed Timothy Chemaly, barrister and solicitor of Auckland, as a liquidator. The time of the liquidation is 11.24am.

The undersigned does hereby fix 31 July 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
