Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of MILROB CONTRACTING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Invercargill pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 6 June 2019 at 12.00pm.

We fix 12 July 2019 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
