Notice is given that on 4 June 2019 at 11.00am, the shareholder of PAI AKE SOLUTIONS LIMITED passed a special resolution placing the company into liquidation and appointed Grant Murray Thomas Wills, insolvency practitioner, as liquidator of the company.
