Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) and Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

Andrew Bethell, and Andrew McKay, both chartered accountants and CAANZ accredited insolvency practitioners of BDO Auckland, and Colin Gower, CAANZ accredited insolvency practitioner of BDO Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by a resolution of the creditors on 6 June 2019 at 11.48am.

Notice is hereby given that, as joint and several liquidators of the companies, we fix 12 July 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
