Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

Colin Owens and David Vance of Deloitte were appointed liquidators, jointly and severally, of the below companies:

STEEL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES 2018 LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.56am on 27 May 2019 at the High Court at Hamilton.

KIRA ROOFING LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.19am on 30 May 2019 at the High Court at Christchurch.

NANNY’S FOOD TRUCK LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.18am on 4 June 2019 at the High Court at Wellington.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

30 July 2019 is fixed as the last day for creditors to lodge and establish any priority their claims may have. Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to that distribution. Creditors claiming a security interest should urgently provide details to the liquidators.
