Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 4 June 2019, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that CAKE SOCIETY LIMITED be liquidated and that Heath Gair, of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 4 June 2019 at 2.00pm.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 8 July 2019.
