Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of BAHN THAI RESTAURANT LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 30 May 2019 at 10.23am.

We fix 8 July 2019 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
