Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, and Malcolm Hollis, chartered accountant of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of NEW ZEALAND LABOUR ENTERPRISES LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 31 May 2019 at 10.18am.

We fix 12 July 2019 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
