Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is given that on 27 May 2019 at 4.10pm it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, that the company be liquidated and that Mark Hector Norrie, RITANZ and CA ANZ insolvency practitioner accredited by Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, of Auckland, and whom has provided a written consent to be appointed as liquidator pursuant to section 280 of the Act.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Notice is given that, as provided in section 245(1) of the Act, no meeting of creditors will be held, having regard to the cost of holding a meeting and the likely result of the liquidation, unless requested in writing by a creditor in accordance with section 245(1)(b)(iii) of the Act.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 23 June 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or from objecting to any distribution.
