Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company at 4.00pm on 30 May 2019, appointed Deborah Nesti, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named company.

The liquidator does hereby fix 28 June 2019 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are approved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
