Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Hamilton pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 27 May 2019 at the times stated below:

• EMPIRE BUILDERS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.46am.
• BULLDOG HAULAGE LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.03am.
• ACE PAINTERS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.05am.

We fix 15 July 2019 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
